JAVIS Scatter is an excellent to quickly and effectively create a scene and cover your terrain. We have created some kits, which are collections of coloured scatter bags which work well to create different scenes! 
 
To use simply use a small amount of PVA thinly spread across your scene, then sprinkle over the bags we've sent you! Once dry you can brush off excess to use again! For well blended areas when using the kits, pour the bags into a container first and give it a shake, or you can create defined lines and changes in the terrain by manually mixing each of the bag types.
