Frequently Asked Questions

At Detailed Modelling, we aim to get your orders to you as fast as possible; we offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for a high number of our products. This usually takes 1-2 days after payment and packaging has been processed. The minimum we offer is Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, this usually takes 2-3 days after payment and packaging has been processed. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. We do reserve the right to adapt these shipping methods where applicable during times of high order processing. We will usually inform you if this is a necessary step we are currently taking.
